Small Group sessions are between 3-10 people per group lead by a certified personal trainer. Learn multiple exercises with under guidance and feel the incredible motivation of working out around a great group of like minded women.
Mondays: 5:30-6:30pm Functional Training w/ Amy
Tuesdays: 9:00-10:00am *NEW* Tread & Tone w/ Marta
(For walkers & runners, a mix of treadmill & functional exercise choreographed to music that fits the pace)
Tuesdays: 10:00-11:00am Fitcamp w/ Brady
Wednesdays: 10:30-11:30am Bootcamp w/ Brie
Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30pm Functional Training w/ Amy
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm *NEW* Boxing w/ Michele
(Learn proper form & how to box properly using gloves & heavy bags)
Saturdays: 8:00-9:00am No Rules Bootcamp w/ Hakeem
