Planksgiving is back! Are you ready?


This November, we are challenging you to strengthen your mind and body.

For 30 days we encourage everyone to take on the Planksgiving Challenge below, and pair each day with writing down one thing you are grateful for. You may be surprised about how much impact a little gratitude each day can have on your life!


Progress through the month ending with a whopping 3 minute plank and 30 beautiful things you are thankful for.

Print outs of the plank challenge will be available at the front desk.
